What We Need On Site
We bring the machine, the products and the water tanks for the job — these are the few things we need from your address to get started.
What do you need from me on the day?+
Three things: outdoor access to a power socket, outdoor access to water, and enough room around the vehicle to work safely. We bring everything else.
Do you need power and water for every package?+
Yes. Outdoor power and water access on site is needed for every booking, including the Exterior Refresh.
What if I don't have a driveway?+
On-street parking is fine in most cases — we work at the kerbside as well as on the drive, as long as there's room to walk around the car and access to power and water nearby.
What if I don't have an outside tap?+
Let us know when you request a quote. If you're local to us we can sometimes arrange an alternative water source or a suitable location for your vehicle — we'd rather flag it upfront than turn up and be stuck.
Can you detail my car at my workplace?+
Yes, as long as your workplace is happy for us to work on site and there's outdoor power and water close to where the car is parked. Many customers have their car done while they're in the office.
Do you bring your own equipment?+
Everything. Machines, professional-grade products, lighting and the full setup arrive with us — you only need to provide the access above and the vehicle.
How much space do you need around the car?+
Enough to stand and work along both sides and reach the front and rear comfortably. If a neighbouring car is parked inches away it slows the job down, so let us know if parking is tight.
Do I need to be at home while you work?+
No, as long as we can reach you by phone and get access to the vehicle, power and water. Plenty of customers leave the details with us and get on with their day.
What should I do before you arrive?+
Clear personal belongings from the cabin and boot, park somewhere we can work around the full car, and flag any problem areas — stains, scratches or specific concerns — before we start.
Can you work without any water on site?+
A water source is part of the booking requirement, so tell us upfront if there isn't one and we'll confirm whether we can still help before you commit.
