A plain-English walk-through of the four packages, what each one actually involves and how to pick the right starting point for your car.
What's the difference between the four packages?+
Exterior Refresh is a safe hand wash, wheels and tyres dressed, and a protective sealant outside only. Maintenance Valet adds the interior — vacuum, wipe down, vents, glass and door shuts. Interior Deep Clean is the full interior restore with steam and extraction. Full Reset is the exterior and interior work combined in one visit.
How long does each package take?+
Exterior Refresh approx. 1 hour, Maintenance Valet approx. 2 hours, Interior Deep Clean approx. 3 hours and Full Reset approx. 4–5 hours. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles can take longer, and we'll tell you when we confirm your quote.
Which package should I choose?+
If the cabin is tidy and only the paintwork looks tired, start with the Exterior Refresh. For a car used every day that needs inside and out, the Maintenance Valet is the usual pick. If seats and carpets have gone past a vacuum, book the Interior Deep Clean — and if both need attention, the Full Reset does them together for less.
What is seat and carpet extraction?+
Extraction works cleaning solution into the fabric and then draws it back out along with the dirt, so the fibres are cleaned rather than just tidied at the surface. It's included in the Interior Deep Clean and the Full Reset.
Will you remove stains from my seats?+
Most everyday marks lift during steam and extraction. Deep-set stains that survive both can be treated with the Targeted stain removal add-on, from £20.
Can you deal with pet hair?+
Light hair is picked up during the vacuum on any package. Heavier coverage is handled by the Pet hair removal add-on, from £15, and quoted from photos.
What products do you use?+
Premium, professional-grade products that are safe on paint, trim, leather and fabrics — pH-neutral and nothing harsh. The same standard of product is used on every package.
Do you protect the paintwork?+
A protective sealant finish is part of the Exterior Refresh, and the Interior & Paint Protection Package add-on dresses and protects the interior and seals the paint.
Can you detail vans and large SUVs?+
Yes. Large covers a large car or SUV and XL covers a large SUV or van, with XL pricing at £50, £85, £130 and £170 across the four packages.
